"We'll Cast A Spell On You" Halloween Promotional Mailer

Enzo Creative employed a bit of Halloween black magic and voodoo to help cut through the clutter of new business self-promotions. We created a spirited mailing series that promised to “cast a spell” on clients and prospects.

The mailings comprised of a postcard teaser followed by a cardboard “coffin” mailer toting a customized voodoo dude and an intricately die cut pop-up display promoting the studio’s services. The entire series highlighted handmade typography created with twine and wire as well as hand assembled voodoo dolls and a functioning display.

To further engage client interest, Enzo Creative invited recipients to take a photo of the voodoo dude in some creative setting and post it to the Enzo Creative Facebook page, allowing everyone to see the other unique custom dolls we had assembled for this project. To facilitate the process, a QR code was adhered to the inside flap of the package.

We wanted to connect with a new and untapped market for Enzo Creative, while spreading the Halloween cheer to our current clients. Considering the influx of photos, comments, and praise for our voodoo dudes, Enzo Creative definitely cast a spell for Halloween.

Several media outlets spotlighted our promotion online and in email blasts, reaching out to a wider audience than the select few who received one of our Halloween packages.
