Enzo Creative designed on-point collateral to help Colgate-Palmolive Company encourage its employees to get regular checkups and health screenings via a multi-faceted, award-winning promotion.

Health Risk Assessment Mailer

Colgate-Palmolive Company is a diversified multinational corporation focused on the production, distribution and provision of household, health care and personal products, such as soaps, detergents, and oral hygiene products (including toothpaste and toothbrushes).

The company wanted to encourage its employees in the U.S. to participate in its Health Risk Assessment initiative, a comprehensive program developed to promote regular, annual checkups and health screenings.

To help promote the program to the company’s employees, Enzo Creative created a multi-faceted, multi-page mailing piece which included a tear-out card where employees could record the results of their health screenings and earn rewards for completing age-appropriate checkups and health screenings.

This mailer has been recognized by Graphic Design USA and awarded an American Graphic Design Award.
