Enzo Creative Providing Towers Home Inspection Unique Online Personality
Home inspection companies have remained non-discernible from one another for decades. But Enzo Creative is working with Towers Home Inspection of Kearny, New Jersey to buck the trend.

Towers Home Inspection owner and senior inspector Dennis Torres came to Enzo Creative with a very specific objective: create an online presence for Towers Home Inspection in home inspection services that is second to none.
“Most home inspection companies are overwhelmingly standard, and have yet to utilize all the benefits that social media offers to promote a business and help people understand the elements of a proper home inspection,” said Lou Leonardis, Enzo Creative’s creative director.
Enzo Creative is providing Towers Home Inspection with the online tools and social media platforms to capture and convert home owners, renters, real estate agents, mortgage brokers and attorneys into new clients.
“Enzo Creative has really helped me understand how I can utilize Facebook, Twitter, You Tube and blogging to increase awareness of my company. For example, lots of competitor’s sites look the same, with the same old cookie-cutter copy… Why not paint a picture of what you do on You Tube, or provide links to helpful information on Twitter instead? I think it makes your services not only easier to understand, but the content way more valuable and accessible,” said Torres.
Passaic Bergen Water Softening Selects Enzo Creative to Rejuvenate Online Presence
Enzo Creative is pleased to announce our newest client: Passaic Bergen Water Softening. This well-known water treatment company in Northern New Jersey has been in business for more than 55 years. We are happy to have been chosen by them for the important task of designing and implementing their website.
Joe Murino, owner of the water treatment company, says “Our technicians offer unmatched experience treating all types of water conditions, from iron removal and hard water correction to UV protection, reverse osmosis and whole house water filtration.” Murino’s company helps residents and businesses of Northern New Jersey acquire clean water where water problems are commonplace. Harsh minerals can cause dry skin, unpleasant tasting water, and cause a range of problems in appliances and plumbing due to the deposits the minerals leave behind. “Enzo Creative listened to our marketing challenges and delivered strategic solutions to help Passaic Bergen Water Softening succeed,” said Murino.

Enzo Creative team members help lead the second annual People For Trails Hike-a-Thon event to another year of success.
When the NY-NJ Trail Conference asked Enzo Creative to help brand the 2nd Annual People For Trails Hike-a-Thon, we said, “Absolutely!” Our goal was to create a visual identity that would attract more participants than the inaugural event plus encourage sponsorships from corporations and businesses that interact with the 10,000 Trail Conference members.
We contributed our services, including posters, interactive event pledge webpage and online communications, which helped secure top sponsors The North Face, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. We could have considered the addition of these three sponsors a success but the event also added Ramsey Outdoor, Tent & Trails, Patagonia, Nike, Ibex Outdoor Clothing, Wigwam, Exofficio, Clif Bar & Company, Samuel Adams, Mammut, Eagle Creek Travel Gear, Kelly’s Party Rental, Palisades Parks Conservancy, Gear To Go Outfitters, Wild Republic, Fairway, Bear Mountain Inn, Michael Malandra Photography, Timbuk2, GSI Outdoor, Bug Band, Vaude, and Ruff Wear!
At the event, creative director, Lou Leonardis was asked for his opinion… “I think everyone’s here for the same reason, which is to raise money for these folks… And it’s important for any fundraising event to make its website appealing and easy to use so people want to participate. We also designed the site to inspire sponsors to come on board who have the resources the Trail Conference needs for continued success.”
At the end of the day, when the pledges were totaled, the People For Trails Hike-a-Thon had raised over $15K for maintenance of trails and trail education in the bi-state area and increased participation by 50% over the previous year.
Enzo Creative Work Featured in Upcoming Book

The Big Book of Green Design, available this fall from HarperCollins Publishers, will feature Enzo Creative’s logo identity created for Energy Savings Plus.
The Big Book of Green Design is the first book on sustainable design focusing exclusively on the graphic design and advertising communities, and features real world solutions from small to medium sized graphic design firms. “We’re excited to be a part of this book. It’s the first of it’s kind,” said Lou Leonardis, Creative Director at Enzo Creative.
Energy Savings Plus helps home and business owners save energy for the benefit of the environment — and their wallets.

“The combination of light bulb and plant graphics provides an easy-to-understand visual of what energy savings plus is all about,” he said.
“Relocating the dot of the “i” in “savings” reflects how small modifications in behavior can make a difference for the environment — and save money.”

New Jersey Network News Business Story Features Enzo Creative
Recently, a phone call came in to Enzo Creative from New Jersey Network (NJN) Public Television. They had heard about the marketing and promotional work we’ve been doing, and sought out Enzo Creative as a great company for their upcoming story on local businesses pushing back against recession.
Dari Mandell, NJN’s Emmy Award-winning producer and reporter, came to our office with her crew to interview us. She and her team were very nice, easy to talk to, and created a relaxed environment in which to conduct a very professional and efficient interview. She also observed our work atmosphere and creative process in action.
On April 14, the first of three prime-time airings of the Enzo Creative segment was broadcast on the NJN Evening News. And within minutes, we started receiving phone calls from people who saw it, telling us “Hey, we just saw you on TV!” That was great, but we were even happier that the piece effectively told our story and reinforced that local business is not dead. There are lots of creative ways businesses can market themselves in the downturn and stay in front of their audiences – you just need to think very precisely about effective ways to communicate with them to stay visible in a tight marketplace.
The story was also a great opportunity for Enzo Creative to show that it’s not all “gloom and doom” out there in the New Jersey business community. During the past several months, we’ve carefully planned how to promote our services to companies in need of a communications face lift, or that are looking to generate added revenue or more cost effective ways of engaging with their customers.
We’re proud to say that Enzo Creative’s client list has grown over the past 10 months. We’ve noticed the trend of how small and medium sized businesses are creating advantage for themselves in the more competitive market and building momentum going into summer. Just yesterday, we listened to a company make the analogy that nimble is the new big – kind of like the famous Tom and Jerry cartoons, where Jerry always wins for being smaller, faster and smarter!
Businesses who intelligently invest in themselves and sustain their marketing efforts during a downturn will find themselves ahead of the game when the economy turns around. Businesses that don’t stay visible and neglect to passionately engage customers during tough economic times will, unfortunately, play a game of catch-up that will be very hard to win.
For those who don’t know, for over 30 years NJN has been New Jersey’s premier educational telecommunications network that provides universal access to award-winning programs and services that address the issues facing New Jersey citizens, businesses and communities.
NJN is also one of the largest producers of local programming in the Public Broadcasting System (PBS), developing many award-winning series, specials and documentaries on health, the arts, legal issues, education, the environment and public affairs.

Here it is! Our “Summit Introductory Video” that premiered at our Happy Hour Open House event.
Since Enzo Creative recently relocated to Summit, New Jersey, we thought it might be nice to learn more about the city and some of the local businesses. We set out to highlight Summit’s great downtown and Enzo Creative’s new home in a fresh and creative way.
We created the opportunity to introduce ourselves to the community and, at the same time, learned about our new neighbors. Producing the video generated buzz and explored what some businesses in Summit are doing to creatively market to their customers. We walked away knowing more about their specialties and gained several new business partners, too.
Summit is one of the most prestigious cities in the New York City metropolitan area to have a business. It is a city of diversity and home to many businesses that focus on superior customer service. Summit hosts beautiful parks and historic landmarks that have been the subject of books and televisions specials. Exquisite boutiques line the streets, and Zagat rated restaurants are abundant. The city basically offers everything from A to Z and we’re excited to be a part of it!
Our office is in the Bassett Building, one of the tallest and most well known buildings in town. It is host to some of the most influential businesses in Summit and has an impressive presence on Springfield Avenue.
